Interviewing skills and building therapeutic relationships

By paying focus to non-verbal cues that include the tone, pact and pitch of voice, I will greatly understand the meaning of what is being communicated (Kuhnke, 2012). As a result of this, my patients will have confidence that what is being conveyed is important.

By actively demonstrating interview skills like active listening, I am able to build therapeutic relationships with my clients that will contribute to a more positive outcome in health.
