Management styles and communication conflicts

As Simpao (2013) states, conflict between disagreeing individuals in the health care setting may not only hinder their productivity, but negatively affect the patients and their family members. Therefore, it is important that conflict between individuals is resolved immediately in a professional manner to avoid its influence in the delivery of care. In order to avoid this outcome, it is important that I deal with the issue before it escalates by having both parties find a mutual solution and place importance on the health of our patients.
